Merch Farm is a vertically integrated print-on-demand and bulk-production apparel manufacturing facility based in Irvine, California, with a production facility located just south of the border in Ensenada, Mexico. Having manufactured apparel in Orange County for six years, we relocated our production to Ensenada in 2023 to enhance our scalability and leverage the skilled labor available through the maquiladora program. We boast an in-house development and sampling team.
Scalable Capacity: We have the ability to produce a significant number of units per month. Our optimal production volume is approximately 1,500 units per style. Lead Time (Depending on order size): 10 business days.

We produce or have produced for brands such as Ryte Sport, Nuku Swim, Beyond Yoga, and Hardcore Swim, among others. We provide a nearshore manufacturing solution in the Northern Baja California area, with all orders shipping direct to the consumer duty-free.

Because we only manufacturer products that have been purchased, our environmental impact is substantially lower purely based around not having bad inventory.
